Hi, I am looking to transport a M#W from Scotland to Portugal sometime after mid-August - pretty flexible. Initially I had planned to drive it across, but somehow the rebuild took longer than planned (not really a surprise?) and I have run out of time to drive it across. Anyone have any recommendations for shippers? Many thanks

Many thanks Have you looked at Shiply? https://www.shiply.com/The principal is that transport companies use it to quote for jobs that user put on the site (free for the user). Best case, you can find a company who is doing the reverse of the journey you are asking for and they can price it accordingly - meaning they aren't empty one way. I've used the site on a few occasions and it has worked well, especially as you can check the reviews, and insurance levels, of most of the companies who quote.

Maybe some MTWC member would drive it for you?

Another recommendation for E M Rodgers (Daniel Renshaw-Booth). They have done a fair bit of M3W and competition car European transport for both me and my brother over the years. Very reliable.
