What is the procedure for carrying out a brake fluid change on the M3W.

Syringe out the old fluid from the reservoir fill with new fluid and bleed brakes, don't forget to also bleed the clutch as it uses the same reservoir.

I have not checked yet but does the Brake and Clutch Master cylinder have bleed nipples. Also the clutch slave cylinder is that fitted with a bleed nipple?

No No You cannot access the slave cylinder - the only bleed nipple for the clutch is in the clutch line/elbow where it enters top of gearbox bell housing under the oil tank.
