Hi Bud,
good to hear you are gaining weight with the tube feeding. You keep your eyes on the stuff outside the hospital and that is good. Hope you can leave the hospital soon and will be able to have your food the normal way, but there will be too much inflammation at this moment.
I wish you a good recovery and the strength to overcome these difficult times!

Weight gain is a good trend Bud.Although restrictive, hospital must be the best place to be whilst having intensive treatment. It sounds like you are receiving proper and excellent care.

Update: Out of hospital today after 2+ weeks Loads of medication and dietary advice. Fortunately no longer needing an NG tube.(Very unpleasant) )Will be awhile until I can eat solid food) Weak as a kitten, but good to be in my own bed tonight, Thanks for all messages of support.
