I didn't like to print that Graham  Sorry to read about Ian I met him once on an earlier visit to Haynes I remember he bought his good lady along, it was the sausage roll visit G  Also at the factory on the visit when Martin organised a SW visit. Yes I remember that sausage roll

Yes I remember that sausage roll When we went to the Haynes behind the scenes and Yeovilton TM visit they had stopped selling them  Maybe we need a revisit and overnight to check it out some time..

As an aside .... do the tours get booked up?.... off down in the 4/4 to Goodwood Revival in early September .... thinking it would be silly not to visit the factory if we're passing (well, 'passing' in the context of living 600 miles away 🙂) .... will I need to book in advance and firm up my rather chaotic wandering back up North or will they have room for 'walk-ins' that time of year?

I don't know now Keith. They did take walk-ins a year or so ago, but you may have to wait for a bit.
