Not as factory fitted.
If your car has adjustables fitted, there will be a knurled knob at the base of the front shocks - easily visible while you are under there with a grease gun. A previous owner will have fitted them - but not necessarily upgraded the rear shocks. Again, you are looking for a knurled knob at the bottom end.

There is a school of thought that not long after new shocks are fitted, road tested and adjustment tweaked, that after a while re-adjustment has very little effect

Thanks for the info, looks like previous owner fitted them. I am looking to soften them as the pot holes in our area are ruining the pleasure of driving the car.

First grease the front & the leaf springs. The leaf springs make a big difference

Are your leaf springs well lubricated? (motor cycle chain oil does the trick) Following advice on TM I bought some of this at my local motorbike specialist https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/334650441499It is white, and unlike the (purple) ACF-50 that I have used previously, sort of sets into a gooey layer. As I don't have a hoist I did the job from above, with the folowing notes: 1. cover the garage floor (I used a decorator's plastic sheet) as it WILL run all over the place 2. I used a long / angled brush (like for painting the back of a radiator) which gets the grease into all the nooks and crannies 3. the 200 ml size can was enough to do the job and leave enough for next time 4. the result after 24 hours of waiting for the lubricant to penetrate thoroughly, was a satisfying improvement in the rear springiness.

If you have only just acquired the car, please check the date code on the tyres. If they are over 7 years old, then change them - the transformation in the car will surprise you.
Also, check the tyre pressures. Most people run at 22psi all round. Too high will really affect the ride.

I suggest you remove one, not a big job and check to see if they are still serviceable. I had these fitted probably 15k ago and they were knackered. Now fitted with Cain of Wolf Performance adjustables, world of difference.
