Thinking of fitting some to my 2016 4/4.
I have looked at previous posts which now seem to be a bit dated.
There is a conversion available on line which seems to mimic the current Morgan headlights but it does not have EU approval.
I have also seen somewhere a conversion which allows the indicators to provide drl and still function as indicators when required but cannot find it on line.
Anyone out there who knows about these?

Although not strictly daytime running lights as they are on permanently day and night, since that's how the sidelights from which they take their feed are factory wired on the 3.7 Roadster, you might consider this switchback LED conversion. The bulbs fit in twin contact (stop/tail) holders fitted in front indicator position. All required loom wiring is already there close by. A worthwhile sop to white van mans inherent blindness to any vehicle smaller than his.

Before alarm bells sound I would like to point out that my car has sailed through three MOT's since conversion. This picture taken at dusk exaggerates the white light brightness but note the indicators are brighter.

Richard's version above is the neatest version. thumbs

My more basic solution was some small 12v LED's popped into the front spoiler vents

Thanks Richard. I think I might try your version. I will get someone competent to look at the wiring as my 4/4 might be different to your car.

I always find it strange that DRLs ae only at the front of the car. We have a lot of tunels in this zone and the brightness of some DRLs make drivers unaware that the lights are not on.

Being an old motorcyclist I always turn the ligts on when in the Morgan. That way I increase visibility front and back.

On the Jag I have the automatic headlights always on so the technology takes care of it for me. Speaking of the Jag it is soon to go. Much as I have enjoyed the car it is getting too little use and both it and the Polo will soon be replaced with one vehicle (still undecided) which will suit our needs better.
