I see in Car and Classica there is a 2014 Brooklands Edition going for £21500 (Private) and a 2013 standard version for under £25k at a dealer. Great buy for anyone in the market.

I would be very cautious with both of these.

The Brooklands smells wrong to me. If you look at the written description in the ad it talks about £38K.Plus this add has been around a while now.I am sure something genuine at this price would have been snapped up in seconds.

The Yellow £25k car has been on sale with same company since July 2023.It is an early very year with low milage example that has been sat in a garage. It has no information that suggests any of the usual fixes have been performed, therefore could end up being more expensive than an average £36K example.

Just my thoughts

Yes, the current Brooklands owner seems to be rather eccentric (to put it kindly)! Having said that, he may just have decided to get rid of it (at any cost) so I wouldn't discount it entirely if someone's interested and is prepared to deal with him. After all, it does have 'all the upgrades' including the latest version of the Brooklands exhausts which appear to be fit for purpose (unlike the original ones).

This one? - a 4000cc three-litre trike?
