Hi all
I'm looking to buy my first Morgan .... a used Plus Four. I'm test driving a manual and an automatic tomorrow at Berrybrook and on Thursday/Friday I'm going on a mini motorcycle tour of southern dealers on my way to Newhaven to catch the ferry for a road trip to Monte Carlo (something to be repeated in the Morgan one day I reckon).
Things may change after tomorrow once I've decided if I want a manual or an auto, but at the moment I plan to visit:
Tim Ayres & New Elms Morgan - 2022 auto in stock
Morgan Hertfordshire - 2020 manual, 2023 auto
Allon White Sports Cars - 2022 manual, 2023 auto
Hotel in Bury St Edmunds
Krazy Horse - 2020 auto, 2022 auto, 2022 manual (tuned)
Melvyn Rutter - 2021 auto, 2022 auto, 2022 manual, 2022 manual (Le Mans special edition), 2023 manual,
Brands Hatch Morgan - no Plus Fours in stock but it's en-route ;-)

Dave,
Welcome.
When will you be at KH? Hawki & I will be there early on Wed. We should be there about 09:30 and will be going to lunch nearby with other Mog owners if you want to join us.
If you can I recommend testing the KH WRP4 which I guess is your tuned comment.
There is a big difference from MY20 to MY22 (better seats, better hood & improved handling)
There are some very good deals out there I just bought a MY22 manual car with 1900 miles on it from a dealer for £57.5k. Hawki has a MY23 auto and had an earlier auto before that.
Rutters have had the Le Mans in stock a long time so if you like it haggle you might get a deal.
The car will find you so good luck.

Sadly I won't be at Krazy Horse till Friday morning, but thanks for the tip re the model years ... I'll be focussing on MY22 for sure :-)

Hi Dave, I hope the car of your dreams is now safe and sound in your ownership? I see you are in Exeter. FossilMog meet regularly on the last Saturday of the month at Powderham restaurant (on the Dawlish road) at around 9.30am for a breakfast meeting. There are always a good selection of cars there, including 3 - 4 new Plus Fours of various years. This coming Saturday in fact.  You would be made very welcome and get a good breakfast too.

Thanks Paul … I’ll definitely get along when I can. Unfortunately the car and I will be away at Salon Prive this Saturday. I do plan on going to the Re:Fuel Revival in Willand nr Cullompton on Sunday morning if that appeals to anyone. https://facebook.com/events/s/refuel-revival/402918459188557/

Hi Dave, how about an update, it's been over 6 months now. What did you get in the end and, was it worth it or have you been disappointed and got rid?
The next Powderham breakfast meeting is this coming Saturday, the 29th..................
