What more could you ask for than a great drive back on collecting your car. I wasn't so lucky the other day on collecting mine as I has 6 hours of torrential rain and strong winds, but still enjoyed every minute of it. Great colour.

Trip with Mrs FT in the Plus 4 up to Lowestoft to see these fellas on the beach. Worth a visit if you're in the area but they are only there until the 16th September. Not sure where they are going next but they are on tour.

Lovely day here yesterday, which would ensure many would hit the road to enjoy it. Fortunately the lovely day was followed by an equally lovely evening, which I was able to take full advantage of by driving the old Mog on my favoured route round the Trossachs while most tourists, treckers and cyclists would be starting their evening meal, then resting after..... Worked a treat, I almost had the roads to myself... Just as they say in comedy, timing is everything... (-:

It's always rewarding to stretch you and your cars legs around a beautiful part of the world. Autumn is definitely in the air, so hopefully a few more good days of sunny dry motoring left, before tucking up for winter.

A glorious day on Dartmoor yesterday, Belted Galloway, Aberdeen Angus and Dartmoor Black face sheep in abundance as were the German and Nederland tourists enjoying our playground.
