I have had this problem for a while but I have just been on a trip to the Dordogne and the vibration from braking for the many French roundabouts was really getting a bit unpleasant. The Tom Tom was literally just about jumping off its windscreen mount! I was wondering if anybody else has this problem? The car is a Plus Four YM23 auto. The dealer has acknowledged the vibration but did not resolve it other than cleaning the Discs. Warped discs would be an obvious cause but I am still not 100% it does it all the time especially when cold and driving more slowly. I did wonder whether the brakes were fighting the gearbox in change down but free wheeling in neutral is inconclusive. I have also switched off the ESC and stability control to no result. Stepping into a "normal" car is night and day! (no surprise there then!) Another niggle apart from no light in the clock is the heater control button on the dash to divert air to the footwells. Mine does absolutely nothing. Does anybody else's do anything. Is it connected to anything? Any observations welcome!

Bluey. If it has been inspected before my guess would be a sticking brake caliper, Em

Certainly not a huge difference..........!

The button to divert air to the footwell does nothing on our Plus Six, certainly you can not feel any flow or warmth by using it...

Hi. On my Plus Four (2023 Club Sport Manual), i got vibrations in the brakes. When I had the car in for service, a warped disc was identified and fixed. Problem disapeared.
When it comes to the footwell, My experience is that it diverts a little air, but not much.

Seem to recall that to get hot air to the footwell the cabin air vents need to be shut. Another anachronism of Morgan design!

The car is going into the dealer next week as there is apparently a “fix” for the brake problem! Watch this space.

Car back today and like a new car, no vibration. Dealer fitted new hubs, discs, bearings and pads. MMC apparently aware of the wider problem and investigating. Issue now is that similar items as originally fitted have been fitted in the replacement, but how long before problem comes back and will it be covered by warranty? Apparently cars outwith YM23 are also affected, P4 and P6s. The clank in the wipers has also been fixed. The heater button question is unresolved but does not seem to do anything much. Car almost ready for the run to Inverness on Friday for the Jockmog Autumn weekend then onto Loch Melfort on the west coast.
