I own one of the MY23 Club Sports and when I speced the car I could choose to add either a "Speaker System with bluetooth" or a "Sennheisser Premium Audio with bluetooth input".
So I guess there is a possibility to not ad that, and have no stereo at all.

Assuming you are buying via a dealer, I would ask them to provide the build spec sheet, it should list all the 'extras' and you may find you have useful stuff like sports spec seats, or prep for luggage rack, the potential list is endless but very handy to have

Bear in mind Bjorn that if Bluetooth deleted (even if that's possible) you will loose the useful (I find) option of having Satnav voice commands relayed to the speakers from your phone.

Where is the unit located in the car ??

The volume knob is under the dash on the passenger side near the heated seat button.

The sound system in our 2020 mog is not good if you could adjust a bit of treble and base it would be better as it is it's very tinny.

I've linked my mobile via bluetooth to the amp onboard. I play music saved on it but have just started trying radio reception apps for live radio. The Plus Four has superior sound to the Balupunkt radio that was in the Plus8.
A morgan is an open topped car with cr#p aerodynamics and sound proofing so to expect high quality sound is daft. Unless you have hearing that is capable of appreciating sounds to an exceptionally high level then forget going for systems costing £££ that you might enjoy indoors at home in a controlled environment. The interference from driving noises will kill the quality. I don't go in the Mog to listen to a concert but accept the limitations. The Senheiser upgrade costs £3k? That's a lot of money in a poor accoustic environment. I rarely do the mobile link anyway so no real quibbles.

Adding sound insulation to the rear panel made quite a difference. You can I beleive insulate the doors as well but I have no idea how hard it is to remove the door cards.
