Found the Caterham cover here https://caterhamparts.co.uk/other/6713-coil-cover-carbon-duratec.htmlAlthough there is a note in the corner 'coil on plug mexican spec'. Whereas my +4 has a coil pack, same as the zetec. so it may need investigation to see if the cover would fit.

Looks very good, where did the MORGAN letters come from ? I have used an edging strip on that front edge to cover the gap. Will try a get a picture ETS4108 from www.sealsdirect.co.ukI also glued a couple of strips of SN29 Neoprene strip on the underside so there is a bit of insulation between the plug leads and the cover

For MORGAN you need to order Qty 3 which is 3 Pairs of letters. Then as you complete your order there is a "Message to Seller" box. In the box just write MORGAN. The letters are fiddley to get the thin foil of the adhesive pads. I coundn't do it with my fingers (started to lift adhesive pad off letter) so i used the edge of a sharp knife to jus peel ff the "very thin" plastic. I have also ordered a strip if the rubber seal you have used. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/65p-EACH-3D-TOP-QUALITY-ADHESIVE-CAR-CHROME-LETTERS-NUMBERS-2-for-1-30/122566442428?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649

Picture of the edging strip, I cut a bit of the 'U' strip away to allow a slight overlap on the exhaust side of the strip, so it cover a very small gap that was there. As I had to order a metre there is plenty left to experiment with. May not be the final modification, but will help to keep the rain away from that gap

I was going to say that the brass badges are one of the affordable items, but then I remembered also buying some of the hessian style shopping bags
However, a few weeks ago the shop did have bags of off-cuts of leather from the trim shop, I didn't buy one, but I believe the price was very reasonable, and last night one of our centre members told me that he had made a leather covered roll to block the gap between sidescreen and door.

Restarting this old conversation. The Williams one doesn't fit my type of Duratec (different cam sensor). I found something similar to yours on ebay but the suppliers claim it won't fit and refuse to supply (it doesn't look as good as yours anyway so maybe they're correct). Anyone got any more ideas on this one - I don't have the skills to make one but could modify something close.
