The spot lights are Cibie ( I think they are Oscars ), you should be able to purchase them separately from Cibie. Measure the spotlight diameter as there are several widths of Cibie Oscar available. You might find them on Ebay.

My mate has a set of historic cibie metal covers on his roadster and they look stunning unfortunately their much too big for the smaller lights. I lost one of the plastic covers about a year ago a replacement on e bay was about 16 quid i think. Em
