It reminds me of those body building ladies - impressive but not attractive, just overblown certainly not good down the lanes (the car)..

Yes, me too. If it can be timed correctly I could combine time in Cumbria with Bluebird run and a day experience session on steam yacht Gondola

Hmmm! - Just watched a bit of Harry’s Garage, but even in my boy racer days when I thought an RS Turbo or Whale Tail 911 was the dogs, I might have thought this TWR was OTT.
Feel more like ‘Supertwat’ driving that about now.

I am partial to an XJS though agree this TWR is way ott however for a Retromod of this calibre the price seems relative value. I do like the Coupe now more so than when it was in production, I think it has improved with age, much like myself  One of my nippers bought. Low mileage V12 at 18 and has spent a fair lump honing and developing it into what I believe it always should have been from factory. Picture below of it at the Hampton Court show this year where it scooped an award in the under 30’s. Some of the mods inc Manual conversation Uprated suspenders (front and rear dropped and fully refurbished Updated management system Inc intakes, injectors etc Tubular headers Bigger exhaust system Revalved tighter steering feel The widest wheel and tyre combo possible Etc etc. This car now drives very similar to the Lister I owned.
