Is that a chrome bumper ? MM
PS I assume I can chrome my Matt finish bumper on the Plus 8 ? Only know about vacuum chrome finishing plastic and vac formings.

Mike they are stainless with the enclosed ends so you don't destroy your shins on them unlike my earlier 94 Plus 8. I guess they would chrome ok but not into that sort of stuff but others on here are and will be along soon. p.s, It may be worth having a word with a few dealers as there was a vogue a while back for removing bumpers and sticking over riders on instead - imho I think they wanted to mimic the newer models

Respect... roof down at this time of year Looks braver than it was Clemens 9C so ok really. Summer time down here is very busy so now and springtime are the best runs for me as long as there is no salt on the roads I keep her wheels turning.

The skin was on the bumper.....! I was to fast going out and wanted to open the fuel cap on my 4/4. After that I always put socks at the end of the bumpers when it stood in the garage.

So painful on the shins, sorry you suffered the same, good tip putting socks over the ends.
