Over the years I thought I’d seen just about every professional film now on YouTube filmed at the Morgan factory but just doing a bit of YouTube surfing this aft and I came across this 2008 interview by a very young Chris Harris

It’s mainly concentrated on the Aero but I enjoyed this look back at Morgan from 2008
Apologies if it’s well known to regular TMers but I certainly hadn’t come across it before

Great to see a very young looking Matt Humphries towards the end of the video. I really think Morgan lost something when he left.

Thanks for posting this, I had never seen this before and, as you say, an interesting “look back”. It looks to me Charles is on the money. He seems to predict the arrival of the CX based cars.

So much for the Life Car I guess sadly. I remember watching this & then going to MMC on a factory tour with ThamesMog. We had an audience with Charles who was his usual ebullient self but couldn't explain why MMC couldn't make a working fuel gauge.

Then a free lunch of soup & bread outside the old paint shop.

Happy days

To be fair there's lots that can't manage the 'working fuel gauge' trick ... my Iveco commercial that is now my camper gets 100 miles from the first quarter of the gauge and 30 miles from the last ... have learned its ways but caused a few worrying trips at the beginning when a reading that should have got us safely to a petrol station dropped like a stone as you watched 🙂

I have the best fuel gauge. None elecrical, just a marked dipping rod dropped into the fuel filler cap before I go out!
