I see that Mont Blanc are getting on the "lifestyle" bandwagon with a classic camera in their TV advert for their "Eau de Parfum" (whatever that means) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2024/12/05/Mont-Blanc-TV-ad-camera.jpg) Does anyone who knows about cameras recognise if their props department have borrowed something like the one that was used in the Morgan Plus range launch videoo ? ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2024/12/05/Plus-range-launch-video-camera.jpg)

Leica M4-P readily available second hand. Mechanical operation, no electronics. I have one I use alongside my M6 (which has an internal light meter) and an M8 digital. All the M series are rangefinder cameras. I won't mention the Nikons and medum format film kit

Wow, thanks, a whole new world awaits when I have some "spare time" ! (Not the same one in the Mont Blanc ad as far as I can tell ?)

No, not the same one in the Mont Blanc ad. However the Mont Blanc camera is a rangefinder and may be a Leica. I vaguely remember the ad, due to the camera. It doesn't appear to have a film wind lever.

It doesn't appear to have a film wind lever. I know Spencer Bentley (Dales_Plus_Four) is a keen photographer and uses Leica camera('s?). He is responsible for all those Yorkshire shots!

He is and does. Spencer was on one of my tours just prior to receiving his Plus Four. I only spotted the Leica as the tour was coming to an end.
