Hi All, having recently bought a 1980 4/4 4 seater, that needs some TLC. It was stood in a barn for a number of years & has a bit of vermin damage to the window seals, the little buggers have had a go at one seal on every window. https://flic.kr/p/2qCjRPchttps://flic.kr/p/2qCm6arhttps://flic.kr/p/2qCm3YShttps://flic.kr/p/2qCm3YXhopefully the links work to show one of the seals, question is, does anyone know where i can buy the correct profile seal from? I don't need complete sets, like the dealers are wanting to sell, just some lengths so i can repair what i have, good second hand or complete units with some damage that i can cut sections out of would be great. look forward to your replies Cheer's Neil

.....does anyone know where i can buy the correct profile seal from? I don't need complete sets, like the dealers are wanting to sell, just some lengths so i can repair what i have Shame about the rodents, but please don't try to repair the existing seals. Rubber-to-rubber repairs don't work in my experience, and every time you open the door or lower the hood you'll see the repair(s) and hate it. Compared to the other costs of Morgan ownership, a dealer-supplied seal (or set) isn't that much, and aftermarket ones will be even less. Just saying.....

by repairing i am meaning to replace the individual lengths, each seal has 3 lengths that make it up, so replacing one length should be OK

The ebay ones are worse than mine, they have seals missing & would need a complete refurb. Unless you didn't have any why would you buy then!

Melvyn Rutter is the obvious choice for spares for older cars. https://mogparts.net£110 for a full set for 4 seaters seems reasonable.
