I don’t feel it needs electric windows. Just adds weight and complexity. An old fashioned window winder possibly but even that detracts from the Morgan-ness.

I’m with you there, we know what a success that was on the Aero’s 😎
It keeps the car grounded a wee bit too I think.

Looking through the rear window is messy. It needs a retractable cover like you get on estate cars, (remember those?), or a quarter tonneau cover.
The orange car is my sort of colour but not the brown interior. And....I just don't like a sloping back without a spare wheel.

I must honestly say that they have designed the rear very well, it fits better with the rest of the Morgan looks in its sloping style than the Midsummer. The Midsummer rear is very elegant but less coherent with the rest of the car. But that's just me.

Having just watched the Harry's Garage film I have to say the shape is growing on me, and I think the new sidescreen design is very neat. I wonder if it's possible to carry them in the car though?

Delighted to see many of you appreciating the car and others coming around to it. I love it. Curious though perhaps unsurprised about the negativity from some quarters. Have had a read through the totality of the comment thread here and on some of the fb groups and thought a bit about some of the objections and negativity... I thought I might offer a counter in the nature of some perspective to these criticisms?
Some people don’t know a good thing when it’s staring them in the face.
It’s 2025.
Morgan has just launched a brand new 1170kg sports car with 335hp hand built to exacting artisanal standards here in the UK by expert craftsmen.
It's inarguably and evidently a Morgan, louvers or not.
It doesn't have windows that go up and down with a button (it's more traditional than the Aero).
Morgan say explicitly they think it will go toe to toe in comparison drives with Porsche and Aston.
They will build 200 a year.
Outside of a club meet or lucky chance encounter how many are you likely to see here on UK roads vs Astons or 911s?
You can go and buy one and have one of the rarest modern production cars on the market.
There are no nagging driving aids.
It is the safest car they've ever made.
You can have it literally in any configuration you can imagine.
You can spec every single option and it will cost 30k less than a base Vantage.
In base spec it costs the same as a base spec 911.
You can watch it be made.
You can talk to the people making it.
It’s 2025.
Morgan have done something extraordinary here. If you love cars, Morgan, or driving, and the very fact the Supersport exists doesn’t make you grin from ear to ear, I think you need a reality check.

Jonny Smith did a 30minute deep dive interview with the designer and the side screens went into the boot., so side screens or luggage!

No reality check needed - it's entirely subjective. Morgan buyers are traditional by definition and this car is a modern twist on the traditional Morgan shape. For me, the deal breakers are the BMW gear shifter and the rifle-bolt door latch. Anyone spending £100k+ on a car deserves better.

As a buyer of a past Morgan and a buyer of this current Supersport those three deal breakers for anyone spending more than 100k on a car are all selling features in my book.
Luckily, for the subjective view referenced above that I'm sure also applied to the Aero, the Plus Four still exists for you. Though I'm willing to bet you object to those too now?
