My 2015 Coupe has an advisory on lower balljoints, which I am advised will be £1650 + VAT per side. The balljoints are available for £92 each, but need to be pressed in, which I understand is a pig of a job.
I think I am correct in saying that Si-Fab used to do them - does anyone else know of anyone who can press them into the upright ?

Being one of a diminishing clan of spanner jugglers I can say that I have replaced this sort of ball joint and am horrified at the outrageous quote for doing the job from your "Rip Off Team". This is a simple job and the price quoted is extortionate. The tool required is a very simple two part item consisting of a small horseshoe shape to hold the joint and a hinged bolt that is aimed at the central upper flat within the joint. Screwing in the bolt forces the joint appart - easy peasy. Suggest buying such a tool and take a look at some You Tube videos on the subject.

Apologies my original post wasn't very clear- I am being told that I must buy the whole of the upright for £1650+VAT per side because the ball joints are not available. But it is clear that I can buy the ball joints - but so far can not find a Morgan dealer that will replace the worn ball joints with new ones.
I am still waiting for a reply back from 2 dealers regarding their willingness to just replace the ball joints.

This situation is now resolved as follows
Williams Morgan could not source the ball joints, but do have the capability to extract the old ones and fit the new ones and Brands Hatch Morgan could source the ball joints, but couldn't fit them.
I have therefore bought 4 ball joints from Brands Hatch Morgan and will take them to Williams next week to fit.
The upper and lower ball joint are the same, so I have bought 4 and will keep them as spares.

Interesting to know, do they have limited stock or are they still sourcing them?
Can imagine a lot of Aero's will need a pair at some stage.

My car has about 13,000 miles on it, so they clearly don't last too long and I am debating shifting from the car being a bit of a garage queen to actually using it - so a couple of spares won't hurt if it saves me £1650+VAT again in the future.

Very surprised your ball joints have gone at 13k miles the rose jonts get a bit crunchy at 40k I remember changing a few for an MOT. I don't think there are so many on the newer Aeros.
