I've been sorting out my "papers" and came across this gem, which is now ten years old.

What strikes me is the loss of a range of pricings .... with the 'bargain-basment' car being considerably less than half the price of the flagship model .... definite progression ladder there for a prospective Morganeer .... not so today.

Sor a basic 4/4 with no windscreen, hood, wipers etc was £30k - think they old sold one or 2 at this spec level
With hood etc £35k
And a +4 £38k

You can see why they sold so many more +4’s for an extra £3k with weather equipment included .

I know prices seem to be falling at the moment but a low mileage 4/4 of 2015 is not worth much less than it cost new. Not may manufacturers can claim that.

TGC, Yes that's exactly right, If you consider what your car cost new at first registration you won't be far out on a current valuation. It's a similar situation to money under the mattress and as you pointed out it's still pretty unique in the car world!
