Last year I tried a 70plate Plus Four - which I loved, however the seating position was too high for me, I’ve sat in a later car with the power seats and for my height (6’1”) it’s so much better. I’m now looking for a car with the lower seats which I believe started for MY22 cars?
What visible differences should I be looking for (in photos for my search) to identify it’s got the newer lower seats? I believe there were also changes to the roof and how it fits were also made but I’m struggling to see differences!
If you are choosing between Plus Four years watch this video which explains the significant changes they made in 2024 - much improved you may think. (I particularly like his comment about the rear vision mirror which now “actually works”.)
The seat height is excellent for tall people but coversely the other day I had a short passenger who couldn’t see the louvres on the bonnet at all.
Apart from minor cosmetic changes , i think the most important is the passage to ap racing brakes. I didnt test a car from 2023 but i hope the braking is not as soft as my 2020 car. Esp and airbags are also interresting.

I have what I believe an MY22 Plus Four, although registered in September 2021... it has the newer roof and seats.
I have also however seen an advert for an MY21.5 which slightly intrigued me! Does anyone know what the difference was between this, the original CX & MY22?
I also liked the option to change the standard steering wheel for the traditional Moto-Lita in the MY22 version, something I was led to believe wasn't an option in the following years version due to the inclusion of airbags.
Video @6 minutes "too many to cover now but, suffice to say, they combine to mean the latest model represents the pinnacle of 21st century coachbuilding". Umm, wasn't that the last Plus Six?
