Sorry to hear of yr stroke Dave, take it easy and get better soon with a speedy recovery.. The sun will shine and you will be back on the road in the Morgan... I had my MOT with the doc recently, and they want me to start on statins, just as a precaution, even though all bloods were good. The doc said for anyone age 69 and over the risk of a stroke is 19%, statins considerably reduces that percentage risk apparently.

So sorry to hear of this. Thankfully it doesn't appear to have affected you as some poor souls. I remember helping out with a stroke club in Poole many years ago and it didn't matter how fit you were, it could still affect some, a dance teacher was one person I remember. But please take it easy and get well and stronger soon. And follow Doctors orders.
