Last week I achieved a life time dream. After seeing the tall ships in the early sixties as a small boy and knowing my great great grandfather supposedly sailed on clippers we took the opportunity to sail on the Star Clipper from Istanbul to Athens.

In Patmos they let us see from the tenders the sails in all their glory, If you get a chance it is an amazing experience.
