Just throwing this out there for comments.
My 2011 4/4, has always had issues with the brakes pulling to one side or other. This has been largely eliminated by changing the off side calliper.
BUT she now pulls up straight in the dry. Hands off the steering wheel, however when the road is wet in moderate rain she pulls to the left which is a bit disconcerting on a motorway. I note depending on how wet after the 1st application of the brakes she is a lot better. Please note that the near side calliper has been fully serviced a couple of times. ( new pistons rubbers etc ) I think I know what’s going on but can’t prove it, as the near side wheel is not dragging. What do you morgan knowledgeable people think.

It may or not be relevant but have noticed on my wire wheeled Roadster in heavy rain at motorway speeds, delayed braking effort and sometimes pulling to one side or the other until water cleared from disc surface by a dab or two. Was told the wires act like a fan at speed blowing water onto discs.

Yep, I get this too and have heard the same explanation. I find it's better to apply the brakes reasonably firmly, it seems to squirm less.

Only had this once in deluge on the M5. It was a bit unsettling until I realised what was happening.

Takes me back to riding Japanese bikes from the 70s which were fitted with stainless steel discs so they didn’t rust. Looked really good but didn’t work at all in the wet unless you applied the brakes regularly to dry them off. Terrifying the first time I experienced this feature. Still dry off the brakes in the Morgan, lightly apply the brakes every so often, and although not convinced it really makes any difference it’s a habit.
Strangely enough it doesn’t even occur to me to do this when driving a ‘modern’ car.

Only had it happen once, on my '76 4/4 so a few years ago. Heading south from Buxton on the A515? across the tops. Rain driving sideways from the right when some blind f**kwit pulled out of a side turning. Fortunately I wasn't running near the speed limit due to the weather, but the hard brake application nearly put me up on the nearside verge. The pull to the nearside was quite violent. Ever since I have done the same as Andrew255, also remembering those nice shiny Japanese bike discs from the 70s

Yep, agreed, used to have the same issue with previous ww Mogs, I once got caught in heavy rain on the A38 with nowhere to stop, no sidescreens made it easy to observe and the volume of water coming out from within the spoked area from the front wheels was like a jetwash, I also used to get much worse corrosion on the inner face of the discs

Current Mog has Plus 8 style alloys and very different compared to above (although I suspect brake cooling is not as good)

Could it be that there is more water on the nearside of the road due to the camber ?

More likely because of air turbulence under car whipping up spray from tyres/road.
