If anyone is ever near Deene Park in Northants ( https://www.deenepark.com ) - it was once the home of Lord Cardigan who is rumoured to have taken refuge in his cabin while the charge of the Light Brigade took place. Some fascinating exhibits there and a version of the Charge that we found slightly at variance with the mainstream history books.

"The Reason Why" is an excellent discussion (for want of a better word) on The Charge of the Light Brigade. I wouldn't normally have read it, but it was one of my books for O-level English Lit. Recommended.

Under Milkwood read by Richard Burton resonates well and is a work of art on my CD shelf.

I did ping the replica makers as I would love some Type 35 alloys on my M3W but they were not interested …

Ditto Richard ….Burton reading Under Milkwood is super special . Brings back memories of wet nights (proper ones) in St. Mares at the Rising Sun or Idle Rocks . Today a friend wanted words to safeguard a small bog/pond in their cottage garden in Dorset as they are holiday letting it. Ai was sought, in the style of Jane Austin . The result unbelievably good, just bloody amazing. I think I will start to use it for TM posts on the many subjects I have no idea about eg like this thread, soz . MM PS finding Tresco thread v interesting !

There's a company called 'Image wheels' in the midlands who make wheels for everyone, including Morgan I think, I wonder if they could do them......??? There's also a company called 'wheelmania' who make wheels for prolific youtube car fixer Matt Armstrong, they might be worth a call....... You've got to do it.....😁 🇬🇧🇬🇧

From a very dull memory I think the type 35 wheels were very complex castings as they incorporated the brake drum as part of the wheel....?
