After Porsche, i'm interested in a new driving experience and the Morgan Roadster 3.7 has my attention!
One of the first things to do was ordering the book : Buying and Maintaining a Modern Traditional Morgan (will take some time to delivery).
I also watched the cars available on the second hand car sites, and i saw a few beauties :-)
The next thing to do is driving one of these cars available on the market.
I read about the "rev hang", other things to look for? Differences between early and late models?
Thanks for all suggestions.

It's not great underneath and surprising that the rubber mat has big holes in it. That was an easy fix!

Welkom to Talk Morgan vanuit Beringen.

I'll send you a private message so we can converse in our own language, and since we don't live that far apart, we could potentially meet up.

Thank you for the suggestion. Import from England is no option for me, Germany and Belgium is no problem.

Do not exclude an early 3.7 V6 without power steering… slow speed steering in car parks may be heavy but at higher speeds on the Autobahn they are extremely stable - the car comes alive once in 3rd gear and accelerates very well…. Have had friends in Lotus Emira’s back off as they have started to wander about.

Good luck in your search Joske. Regarding power steering which was standard when I bought mine in 2018. I did try removing it once by pulling out the control fuse. It felt extremely heavy at all speeds up to 60 mph. I had intended to try it for the full 10 miles of journey but chickened out and put fuse back in after 5. I guess you can get used to being without but with 205/55R16 tyres on 7J rims to move around it was misery for me. Although some have criticised the factory electric assistance I find it still leaves plenty of feel at all speeds allowing you to chuck the car around roundabouts if the mood takes you.
