What's the consensus opinion on fitting a badge bar to a Plus Six? Someone mentioned to me recently that MMC advise against it as it adversely impacts cooling, but at recent meetings I've seen two cars fitted and with badges on, and the owners reported no obvious issues.

I have a badgebar on my 4/4 and collect badges, however, I accepted to have no badges on my PlusFour for reasons of negative impact on cooling. I think at least till the end of the warranty, I do see more and more CX cars with badges fitted in front.

I've kept my Plus Four badgeless. I prefer the cleaner look and was removing badges from the Plus8 I had previously. Too much clutter! Also interfering with airflow to the rad. The car had a Morgan aluminium rad but , in my view, only just capable of handling coolant temp. Seemed on the limit. No overheating but the fan kicked in a lot when in slow teaffic in summer.
Apparently PlusSix cars when raced would go into limp mode due to heat build up. Plus Four seems ok though.
I might put a couple of badges on the rear, possibly on the luggage rack.
