I’m not sure if my James 125cc (?) fell into this title/thread but it was my one and only ride bar an old scooter ( non branded as I remember) with 2 gears, one that did not work but what do you expect paying £2, 10 shillings for it.! Fell off the James on black ice too many times and gave up on motorbikes. However, I am sitting in Slovenia listening to bikes in Austria - they are so loud and going over the pass . It’s European bike week which I wonder if any of the forum members are at or going to it. Unfortunately Faaker am See and it’s lovely lake for my regular swim is now barred to us as we only have a car ! Still it’s worth a drive just to look at the chrome on show and see people of a similar age, hairstyle if they have any and goatee You just got to love 100,000 bikers partying ………. Love from the country that to a few is the Jewel in the Crown of Europe or am I mistaken, MM
Oh also when googling about the bike week it said Morgan Scottish dealer Revolution had taken on the Harley dealership. Perhaps to help earn more if the MMCo are now more difficult to earn money with…… hope this is not old news. MM

I don't think it will be the 'quick buck' they may be hoping for - seven Harley main dealers have closed this year...

I looked at Revolutions web site and it confirms what you said with effect from Aug 26th. I think the Journalist reporting about European Bike week was caught up in all the excitement, HOG hype and promotion PR ….! MM
I've had a raft of Italian bikes, sold them bought a vintage BMW R69S and while it was in the shop bought a Royal Enfield 120th Anniversary Continental. It is a nice back road runner, not big enough for highway cruiser. Put some decent rubber on it, and changed the pipes to Hitchcock's slash silencers. IMG_0762 by William Hart, on Flickr
You just have to love Euro Bike Week (previous year) .This Viking guy had the handbag dog on his shoulder like a parrot as he walked round .Then he put its googles on and drove off into the evening. MM The weather for this years event is wonderful…..
