Hi, I have sourced what appears to be a good product to use for cleaning my Plus4 chrome wire wheels, ( “Mothers” pro strength chrome wheel cleaner). but I cannot find a suitable brush for getting between the spokes ? ( and certainly do not want to use a toothbrush like I used to do on motorbikes !! )
Can anyone recommend suitable brushes please ….. ?

These wire brush sets are useful I find for cleaning up small corroded parts or difficult access areas.

Steel, brass and stiff nylon bristles. The latter are ideal for encouraging metal cleaners to work without damaging metal finish, so great on spoked wheels.

MWS, who supplied your Morgan's wheels, used to offer a wire wheel cleaning kit which worked well, although now discontinued. They still offer individual cleaning aids here though via their online shop. Probably the most useful is the cleaning and protection fluid below.

The Mother link below seems to indicate it’s a spray on and hose off cleaner.

Have not personally tried it. Prefer an old towel or flannel used with a tapered wooden stick to access between the spokes.

I merely power wash my wires then protect with Rimwax.

Yeah - wheels off, generally once or twice a year

Having a ramp makes the job easy with wheels on so can be done regularly. I usually start with inside of front wheels using white spirit on a rag to remove the inevitable drips of grease from suspension which ends up as a uniform layer - this despite having cleaned off excess after each greasing session. Having stainless rims and wires allows easy cleaning of the rest. In the winter at least I then wipe over with WD40 and clean cloth.
