Car is stuck in the garage until a skip is moved so took the wheels off to do some cleaning. Washed all 4, the crooks and nannies around the spokes a pain but done now, tried some spray wax as a test. Before refitting I cleaned the suspension and treated it with acf50 then brake cleaner on the discsin case of contamination.
Graphite greased the splines and refitted the wheels. Pressures checked and all ok.

Did you use a jack or a four poster?

Jack. Minimal lifting and jack used on both sides. When at the dealer for first service in August I asked them about jacking and they had no issues reported or experienced. I am, though, thinking of getting a Kwiklift for longer term ease of under car checks, cleaning etc

I use Dragons Breath wheel cleaner, spray on hose off. Brings my stainless spokes up sparkling.

It's often the simplest things that cause us to fail.
Yesterday, I wanted to clean my spoked wheels.
The first one on the front left was no problem. I was also happy with the result.
However, I was unable to remove another wheel. I couldn't get the central wheel nut off, despite using a long lever on my tool. I know that it opens clockwise on the right-hand side and counterclockwise on the left-hand side.
I think I need to get a pipe to extend the ratchet, or does anyone know another trick?

I use a 500mm tube in addition to the above.

Be careful before upgrading the lever as moment too much for the socket. I would try heat first.
If you can get the car outside (and cover the lower part of the tyre with say some wood to prevent damage) then I would poor a kettle of boiling water over the nut. It should be enough to loosen the grease. That has worked for me before where longer levers didn't.

Once off clean off the old hardened grease & reapply but be carefully the splines can be razor sharp.

I prefer that to the blowlamp version. GoMog has info on it's website also but not the kettle method

A hair dryer or a paint remover can also work wonders.
