Picked up the new to me Plus Six, 25 steady miles later arrived home just in time to get her into the garage before the rains arrived. Surprised that on rolling hills the car was showing 43mpg, I do have my reservations about how accurate that is.

Congrats on your "new" Plus six.... My first drive in a Morgan was a couple of hundred miles to get it home... (-: Hope you create as many memories in your Morgan as mine holds for me...

A nice low miler here at a good price. It's a lot of car for that price.

indeed it is. Yanto the mpg on the little screen is pretty accurate on my plus four. However I keep a s/sheet as well. The weighted avg after 11500 miles in 15 months is 40.21 mpg with a standard deviation of 3.9 mpg.
I would add the caveat it is a manual & spends a lot of time in 3rd or 4th is S+ mode.
Long boring mway/ A road runs like the recent trip back from Sidmouth delivered 52 mpg.
