Mrs F now does all the ironing (I used to do work shirts when Corporate jobs meant cotton and white) and house cleaning. I do al the cooking. We each muck out our own horses. If we count the horse trailer as her toy, the toy count is equal.

Limited guilt on either side.

I am lucky too to have my wife be enthusiastic: there have been times when I thought it would be financially useful to sell and she has always sorted my head out. She basically learnt to drive in our first Morgan, used it to drive to her work and during Covid used the current one to shop for others , sometimes having to reassure les gendarmes that she wasn't just out for a jolly. It is true that she prefers her warm and comfortable Skoda but she is still charmed by the mog.

Mrs E was very supportive of buying a Morgan, in fact I hardly have to say "That's nice" about anything and she tries to encourage me to buy it. We went to try a +4 at one dealer when I was learning about the various models and when I found what I wanted at Ledgerwood's she was there and suggested adding a bonnet strap. She has enjoyed being a Morgan passenger on short runs and holidays all over the UK, but has so far resisted driving it.
