Retromobile 2026 at Paris Porte de Versailles :

We were there monday and friday . The green plus four 75 anniversary was at a very good price . I dont know if it is a second hand car , the seller from Marcassus sport has said the car is new . But the price was the same as my 2020 plus four .

One of my favourite shows, no, in fact my number one favourite. Used to be able to catch the Eurostar from Ebbsfleet, lunch in a bistro near the show, a few hours browsing, then dinner at a brasserie opposite the Gare du Nord before catching the last Eurostar back to Kent. On another occasion, went with a few petrolhead mates and stayed overnight so that we could view the Bonhams auction in the Grand Palais as well, that also allowed us even more time for eating! No longer practical now that Eurostar starts from St Pancras and and doesn't stop until it gets to Paris.

I also go to Auto Moto Di Epoqua in Bologna almost every year 🇮🇹
It's much bigger.

Retromobile is the second biggest oldtimer exposition after Pebble Beach. Very cool. Had some good conversations with the owner of Morgan Belgium (mr. Alexander Otto), and the head of the mecanical section of Morgan Belgium (Nicolas). We were there on friday and saturday and enjoyed it a lot! It was incredible to see the most beautiful cars of the world.
