That would melt my remaining brain cell, but at least I’d always arrive early.

Let me suggest as a Swiss guy:
Of course a watch from good old England. Here my wifes Beaucroft in "British Sky" limited edition. Automatic movement. Made in Cambridge.

The background is our Plus 4 on the cover of our club magazine.

The Kinks had a song that seems appropriate :

They seek him here, they seek him there
His clothes are loud, but never square
It will make or break him, so he's got to buy the best
'Cause he's a dedicated follower of fashion

My Ferrari had a clock in it! It didnt work laugh2 But the speedo did and thats what matters.

I suspect a mechanical watch for those who have interest in such craftsmanship and design, may be similar to that of car enthusiasts in terms of the design variation appearance and sound of different internal combustion engines.. and likewise enthusiasts in both areas might somewhat less appreciative of the modern electrically driven alternatives...? As ever each to their own... (-:

Calum, it’s absolutely no surprise you’d wear a watch with no numbers and all off at a jaunty angle, at least the aviator one gives you a clue.
Howard, Morgans and their owners haven’t been in fashion since 1930, we don’t follow anyone, we’re in front going slow!😁
