Apologies ZERO Morgan content.. and begin with admitting that I gave up on enjoying working on engine fault finding on my cars when digitisation appeared on the scene, as I had to deal with more than enough of resolving digital issues in my work environment on a daily basis.... However since retirement I have managed in time to gain no more than a passing interest, having read of all sorts of digital dilemma's incurred by fellow automotive enthusiasts.
I occasionally watch this YT channel if something interesting pops up on my YT feed... I thought this episode was very interesting as a seemingly digitally aware TEC fouled up the operation of his car by trying out a new scan tool to learn of it`s operational possibilities... The vid is circa 28 mins long, thus perhaps only for those who may be likely to get digitally involved with their vehicles... Was it worth posting...?

I noticed when I used a Bluefin a few years ago that it automatically stores the original ECU map before it uploads the new tune, and it advises in the T&C's to return to original before it goes in for a service if done by a main dealer & then swop back on return
