Another quick question on the process of replacing the track rod ends. Should this be done with the vehicle on stands, or with it sitting on the floor of my garage?
Probably easiest to get the bolts out and back in afterwards with weight on the wheels as everything sits a bit closer to the middle of the travel of the bearings, but does involve more grovelling about on the floor.
