Morgans have never been known to allow the larger more well endowed individual to facilitate a graceful and elegant ingress and egress. especially when age and infirmity restricts relative mobility. But once in well worth the effort..Goodness knows how I used to get on with the short doors, but in fairness I usually had the hood down which does help.

I did fall out in a Belgian petrol station in Mons. It was raining stair rods the hodd was up and my seat was forward as we were using trad Hills Alive cases in a CX. Think Elephant seal falling sideways. Tres elegant Je croix.

Thank you very much for your feedback! I started with an '85 Short Door +8 back in 87. That's why I'm very capable of suffering, I would say.
So I actually get along quite well with my size of 6.3 in the long door trads. Because of all the advantages you've listed, and we're not getting any younger, I'm thinking about switching. I'm thrilled, but I can't really understand why the top construction fits in the trad and is completely in the way in the cx. The tip to simply move the seat forward or steeper doesn't really work either. I ended up being a little too big. I'll probably try a little more and then decide whether I can live with it. Or maybe our favorite factory can come up with something else. I know, a crazy thought...
And wouldn´t it be boring if our cars just worked like that! While my last +8s with the old roof for example were completely sealed, now with the new folding top the water is running endlessly into the car. That's what I call progress! ;-)

Mr John Harris, please use a bit of decorum and more care with your words……….I’m sure I cannot go along to a Morgan motor dealer and say which model is best suited to someone well endowed !!? It could be a USP but have my doubts ! MM PS I trust you are not just showing off with that new black bonnet.

I was could have used generously proportioned, but makes you feel like a piece of furniture.

I agree with some of the other comments, I'm 6'3, 16 stone, and never ever thought about it, including a non stop 200 mile journey last December
