Happy to say that I have not worn long pants since early October, I guess that shows how many formal events I attend  Yup Murray same here never really got cold  At Newton Abbot minor injuries unit today and gave a few youngsters a sit and toot in the Plus 8 as they were leaving their visits. I needed to attend Torquay A & E later so did similar there in the car park, these cars are enjoyed by us all if we let them

Yesterday, actually unbolted the header and tilted it up so I could grind the crack and get it ready for welding. I little chunk of the pipe popped off, but the welder said it won't be a problem... ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2026/03/10/IMG_8916.md.jpg)

Spent the morning changing the brake and clutch fluid on my Roadster. I stick to the two year flush and fill. I always empty the master cylinder first using a turkey baster suction tool. This year it went very smoothly, and the old fluid came out clean, which was a bit strange. At the same time I have touched up the black paint on rear axle and backplates and applied Tectyl to the inner wings and underwings. The rear inner wing, which is timber needs watching , because I find that the surface protection needs an occasional refresh. I also greased the kingpins. It's quite a relaxing session but gets a bit messy at times.

How time flys, Devon & Cornwall trip Overnight in Churston Court , Brixham way, on to Lamorna Cove ( The Wink? ) , on to Port Issac, up the coast, ending up at Chew Magna for a great overnight stop !! Then after a sleepless night back to London . Happy memories .My male road trip friend, 81 yesterday but now living in Scottsdale. MM
