Apologies for thos getting sick of my Shock posts.It has taken me ages to expand the parts list into something that conveys the price difference of all the options so I thought I would post a summary here to possibly help others.
The orginal M3W was fitted with Suplex shocks. The replaced with Spax. Suplex is regarded much better than Spax. Sadly Suplex cannot be repaired.
Here are the April 2026 prices for a pair of new FRONT shocks only
(Pricing is approximate - Inc VAT and delivery - to UK)
(Front Shocks Only)
(All Shocks are Adjustible)
Ohlins £1,708
ATR £825
Mshock £700
Spax £205

I am assuming that the Spax listed are the standard M3W item? Spax adjustable shocks are available from some Morgan dealers such as Rutters for £217.10 + VAT each. They are a bit of a step up from the standard Spax item but not great and also it's not possible to get them serviced or repaired, unlike Ohlin's and ATR's (and maybe Mshock?).

Note (Not found one positive review of these to date) Well, here's one. I run Spax adjustables on the rear of my M3W and I would rate them as very good in this application. I did run them on the front too for a while but upgraded to ATRs some years ago and did notice an improvement in ride comfort & wheel control. I've not been tempted to change the rears though as I doubt I'd notice any worthwhile improvement.

Quite a few years back I had a passenger/driver (Phil G) at Grindelwald for a day and he was quite surprised the difference that the Ohlins made on the rear of my m3w compared to his Adj Spax on the rear of his m3w (we both run Ohlins on the front).
So you might be pleasantly surprised at the improvement by upgrading the rears as well.

The Spax shock listed above for £205 are the adjustible version and for a pair Biggle - Are you sure they are the m3w type @£205 a pair as the m3w has the adjustable spring platform fitted to the body whereas other 'adjustable' Spax shock absorbers are just the body with a thumb wheel adjuster and they utilise a separate spring.

I was sure... until Morgan emailed back today to say they had given me the wrong price.
I now have the pro-forma with these prices...
The Front Adjustable Spax (SP160002) are £192 (£230 inc Vat)
The Rears (S170002) are £174 (£208 inc Vat)
