It sounds like you're still loading the old version, I get a slideshow of Morgan pictures on the home page. Try a hard refresh of the page - it depends on your browser, but for Chrome it's <shift><F5>

Yep, looks like you've got something cached that's causing the issue. Which browser are you using? If it's Edge, then here's a video explaining how to do it:

For other browsers, just search "How do I clear my cookies and cache in xxx" where xxx is the name of the browser you are using.

Thanks for taking the time to try to resolve my issue, which was not a pressing one.... Tried Shift F5, Microsoft then asked me to confirm cookie allowance.

Tried to log on to the gallery, different this time as it then provided me with a test of ticking squares, twice... And as in all past attempts to log on I received a green tick in the robot box, before the yellow bar once again determined I was a robot...!

Tried the vid instructions, followed it through, deleted cookies (not browsing history) and back to the galleries to discover I am still a robot....
At the stage where perhaps thought to be not worth the hassle for those involved, thanks again guys.

Edit.. MS Edge.

Regarding firmware updates I'm always wary of the time taken and possibility of interruption. Wasn't ready for a recent FOT (firmware over the air) upgrade on my Royal Enfield bikes TFT screen though. This takes place via the RE phone app which bluetoothes to the bike. All started well with the update split into five segments and a progress percentage displayed, but just the first took nearly 20 minutes! After two completed I ran a mains lead out to bike to charge adjacent phone as it was likely to run flat. Then I stressed about bikes battery with ignition (hence headlamp) on to keep TFT screen alive. Fortunately after just short of two hours update was completed successfully although by then its battery was down to 12.4 volts and had a battery charger stood by.

It's absolutely no problem to help you get to the bottom of this, George.

Next questions:

1. Do you use a VPN? If so, what happens when you disable it and just go to TM-IMG direct?

2. Have you flushed your DNS? To do this,
Open Command Prompt as an administrator (WinKey +r, type cmd)
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
You’ll see a message confirming the DNS cache has been flushed.

3. What exactly does the error message you get say?

I use Firefox as a browser on all my devices unless I get the rare site that does not like it. I never seem to get a Capcha challenge for the Image Library.

On the rare occasions that I need to use another browser I use Google Chrome.

I virtually never use MS Edge.

Other than deleting cookies and cache I sometimes try turning the internet router off and on again in case of problems because that will give me a different IP address. This would help if the server is logging failed attempts to log in from my allocated IP address.

Richard I think Tesla have a pretty well thought out WiFi or via phone update software update progress. I rarely interrogate that which the update is for, and at times it could be games related and suchlike other toys I have no interest, as for safety again as I tend not to make use of any of the auto functions, again I have no real interest in that which is being updated.

My poor memory is not improving with age, thus having to get involved working my way through every update would take up so much time to be forgotten almost instantly...
My 14 year old 991`s handbook has 11 pages of the variety of ways in which it`s "key" can be utilised in a variety of locking and unlocking processes ... Jeez, just how complex can it get, not only that but I do remember a "simple" car such as the trad was once digital systems were incorporated, I do remember one member on here taking his car back to the factory or one of it`s agents to resolve a brake light issue, it was thought to be resolved, and it reoccurred, if not on the (longish) journey back home, very soon after, requiring yet another visit to the repairer... Sold the Mog soon after and bought a Boxter as I remember.... Which he seemed to think better suited his requirements.... Hoping he is still enjoying whatever he is driving now...?

Yeah a bit of a ramble as ever...
The TM image Gallery which I have made use of to share pics and just leave them on the gallery lest anyone might have interest in visiting it (I doubt if anyone has), regardless, the main thing is to be able to include a pic relative to whatever I might post when thought the addition of an image might be worthwhile...

If you read the semi rant above, my selective Luddite tendencies are really twitching now...

Thanks for trying to restore my gallery access Ian/Tim, however it seems as ever carrying out seemingly simple procedures has complicated my on line existance in that the few sites I visit all requiring me to go through their cookie policy....

Sorry ranting again Tim, I think I have access to a VPM via my anti virus provider, though never used it, though I did regularly use my history file to find YT sites I had visited but had forgotten their either their name or wished to find their URL to pass on... Never having ditched my history I guess it took up a fair bit of space, but I do not use my lap top for much else other than essentials, nothing to hide..unfortunately.. (-:

Just tried again at the usual Gallery front page... Typed in email, then password, ticked box to check if I was a robot, it took a few secs, then a green tick appeared in the box. I click the arrow to enter the site, and the yellow bar appears above the Sydney Harbour Bridge declairing CAPACHA says you are a robot. As it has done from the start of this process which may be related to the recent MS updates...

Will now have a go at your latest suggestion Tim, confident I am not.... given I have now reduced my lap tops ability to carry out the usual limited functionality I required of it when it was only the TM gallery that was the issue... Which is no more than I expect when delving into digital areas where one is unaccustomed to visiting... Sigh.

Frustrated for my Luddite tendencies to be proven correct, none the less grateful for those trying to help, been there done that and at times failed... Shrug. (-:

Update, Tim performed the DOS commands as requested, received conformation cache has been flushed, back to the gallery log in page, typed in email, then password, followed by clicking the I am not a robot tick box which created a series of images to click of bicycles (as a robot check) which it seems I may have passed as a green tick appeared in the robot test box.... then as every previous time the yellow box appears and declares that capacha thinks I am a robot...

Beginning to feel really dumb now.... Which I suspect may not be far wrong...Shrug.

Enough already..for tonight at least.

Hmmm. Do you mind if I reset your password and try logging on as you from here? That way we can establish whether the issue lies with your ID on the image server or on some aspect of your computer setup?

Not wanting to confuse but I have to disconnect my VPN before I log on otherwise I get similar notices on TM proper not image gallery. Not bothered at all by the VPN on the image side of things.
