Mark Middleton is always my recommendation. Vast experience with the Morgan range, always reliable,reasonably priced and will give you an honest (sometimes to honest/painful) opinion. In my experience he can spot problems before they happen. That ability only comes with years of experience, the ability to see around corners.
So get him to have a good look at it and listen.
