I purchased a dealer spec'd 2025 Plus Four.
They ordered it with a spare wheel (5 wheels) and the louvered rear disc.

1. Should the disc arrive with the car or is that shipped separately?
2. Will the disc already be factory painted to match body color?
3. Will it come with the disc fitting kit or am I on my own finding one?
4. Should the disc have the center hole already drilled so I can add a luggage rack?
(The dealer did not order a luggage rack. I already have the rack.)
Thanks very much for your informative replies.

i can't answer 1-3 sorry. I bought such a disc for my Roadster as plain ali so I could polish it. I would imagine your dealer ordered it sprayed.
It will scratch the paint where it touches the rear skin of the car. I tried a neoprene seal but after 1k miles it had started to wear. Spacers might help.

I would imaging it comes with the ctentre hole . Mine did.

Hi moggi,

Here are the answers to your questions, based on my experience with retrofitting the disc:

2. Yes, the disc is painted to match the car’s color.
3. There are 6 screws used to secure the disc. A rubber pad is attached to the underside. So the disc just needs to be screwed on. If the threaded bushings aren’t in the chassis, your dealer will take care of it (that’s how it was done in Germany).
4. The hole is already there, and there’s a Morgan logo to cover it.

Note: The luggage rack that is mounted with the spare wheel cannot be used when the spare wheel is removed. You will need two racks if you want to use a luggage carrier for both configurations.

Here is a picture of my retrofitted disc. I also have both configurations—one with the spare wheel and one without.

I can’t help you with your point 1. but your dealer should know the answer to that.
