Don't eat chocolate raisins in the Morgan, is what I learned last night.......🤷🏻‍♂️
Popped out to fill up, (an excuse to have a dusk drive), bought and opened a bag of chocolate raisins....... proceded to enjoy my local twisty and lumpy B road.......
Out of the corner of my eye I noticed hundreds of chocolate raisins all over the passenger footwell......
I doubt I'll ever find all of them.........😂😂😂

But.....it was a stunning evening to enjoy MMC's finest work.....😁

I’ll beat that Jillian, I recently went a run through Glencoe stopped at the end for petrol, I did get what I thought were a few admiring glances wearing my white jeans, but when I returned to the car after paying my sniggering daughter pointed out, I had sat on a bit of fruit and nut, Not a good look!😁

Took the Plus 4 to Goodwood for the Morgan only track day yesterday. Run in ideal conditions and exceptionally well organised by the Brands Hatch Motors team.

Off here today to reacquaint myself with a little fun with these brave boys and girls, looks wet so should be entertaining and challenging.

Bikes today three and two wheelers.

Annual pilgrimage to Spring Beaulieu Autojumble.

Left North Wales after breakfast in the 4/4 complete with small camping trailer and with my good lady and dog. Filled up with fuel shortly after leaving home.

About 25 miles later, the car began pinking very badly and down a bit on power. Stopped for lunch in Craven Arms and whilst waiting for it to be served, did some quick checks. Distributor advance and retard mechanism wasn't seized which was my first thought and vacuum tube was still in place.

Retarded the timing a bit which seemed to help.

Put another tank in, just south of Marlborough which improved things no end so I reckon it was a dodgy batch of petrol.

Autojumble was a bit rubbish though.

Not correct 4 wheelers too.

This stunning outfit came to below my knee.....

This machine is amazing with outright winners over many years in the 600 class, both grey haired btw and a lovely couple to chat with, bottle or what..

The Estate owner had celebrated his70th on Saturday night in the wigwam and army tent with his 400 guests, I like his style.

I liked Wiscombe ... although I only raced there the once as it's a 1300 mile round trip tow to get there! ... the sidecar couple race a lot at Loton Park ... they don't hang about! 🙂

K

What it looks like on track ... my first ever run up so a bit tentative ... not sure I could remember how many 's' bends there were through the trees, and you don't want to get it wrong!! 🙂

Excellent, thank you for sharing that - mental you....

I took the the Puma ST up yesterday..

Three weeks post operative I still have a 2" unstitched wound in the left one and it's not the most comfortable thing around, so I asked the Marshal at the finish line if it would be possible to get down somehow even though I was not a blue badge having explained briefly that I had been subject to a gearbox rebuild.

At 16 mph which I chose to drive both ways at you could really appreciate the talent and bottle required to do this in anger, at lunch break I made my exit as it absolutely hissed down so.. off to Buckfastleigh where Alvis visited forming part of their Dartmoor Rally, some beauties there.Taken from the car as still hissing..

Then back to Dartmouth for the final day of great music around the bandstand with several pints of local Bays Brewery Devon Dumpling 5.1 to alleviate any discomfort, with taxi home a good day.
