As promised in my "Delivery Day" post, below are a few "sunny day" photos of my new Plus Four. Setting is along the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis. I've put about 275 miles on the car since pick-up, so still running-in the engine--gas mileage has been excellent. I've tested every feature in the manual, and all good so far. The side screens in the case are a snug fit on the luggage rack and I'm getting more comfortable with the hood--always remembering the Tenax fasteners and to lock in the rear posts! I'm loving the car, and will take it this weekend to the Carlisle Import Nationals in Carlisle, PA. Mid-Atlantic Morgan have organized the group and it will be great to meet more owners. I've also done a test fit of various travel bags in the space behind the seats--our first test will be this weekend in Carlisle.

Nice 240 mile roundtrip drive to join the Morgan group at the Carlisle Import Nationals Show in Carlisle, PA. Good turnout of 2025-2026 CX Plus Fours as well as 3-wheelers and '60s Morgans. People coming by to see the cars were intrigued to see the BMW engine under the bonnet!
My Plus Four ran great, and we used the air conditioning on the drive back--kept it very comfortable inside. Our highways are very challenging for low, open cars.........
It was a real treat to meet fellow new owners--for most of us, this is our first Morgan.

Great photos. Good to see you all enjoying your Morgans. Having done route 66 in a Mustang soft top I understand your point on the Interstates those lorries take no prisoners.

Well, at least it should get us to Wallings for a great ice cream this morning.....Bank holidays and sunshine brings them flocking to the coast, easier to get out but not back into Lytham. Sunshine forecast for the whole week, I'll wait for the BH to be over before venturing too far afield. Harley is hopefully being delivered this week, so further distractions expected.

Well made someone's day, whilst Sue was enjoying the icecream a very quietly spoken 40 plus women came up to me and starting talking about Morgans, and that her father had always wanted one, she was waxing lyrical bout my car, and her eyes light up when I asked have you ever sat in one........made her day. Nice to bring a smile to someone's day. Her daughter was duly instructed to take lots of photo's of the occasion........she could see the delight in her Mom's face and it was most important to get the Morgan badge in.
