That wouldn't necessarily be my kind of mirror.
But I have to admire the craftsmanship.

It's true that, for the moment, I'm not entirely satisfied with the result

I might rethink the design of the bracket: shorter? Less of an angle towards the rear ?

And perhaps it will look better once it's painted body color... 🎨
I also need to test these mirrors at high speed, because if they vibrate excessively, they'll be useless

Nestor as with all your projects it is beautifully engineered but I can't help feeling this one would be better suited to say a Lotus Elan, somehow in my head it does not fit on your car and of course the terminal velocity of your car may rip it off unlike the Elan..

I did a test drive this weekend, pushing the top speed to 130 km/h. At that speed, the rearview mirror didn't vibrate at all. So the design is pretty good, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the look 🤨 :

They look much better on the car, I’d keep them as is, the quality shines through in situ.

I like it, fuctional design aways works for me, try painting the bracket and mirror in body colour if your not happy with it.

I like the aesthetics of it but wonder what it would look like if the 90 degree (rear) edge ran at an angle parallel to the front, leading edge.

This could require having the circles in a new alignment too but it could be achieved.

Nice ideas! A job for fotoshop?
