3mm total toe-in (between both wheels)

My preference is for 1.5 mm measured at the wheel rim. Its best to try out slight adjustments around this figure and arrive at what suits your driving preference and the vehicle responce. Once found its best kept to that same measurement so you get accustomed to how the drive feels.

Remember you need to set it up with the car at normal ride height on a nice flat floor, so it involves a bit of groveling about underneath

My tip is to roll the front tyres into a couple of sheets of polythene (thick carrier bags will do) this allows the tyres to swivel easily as you adjust the track rods

My recommendation is to take your car to tyre shop with laser tracking equipment. Just tell them what toe in is required as above noting there is a total between wheels figure which is halved to give an each wheel figure.

Without toe in the car will tend to wander from straight ahead with hands off wheel.

Back in 2011, when I picked up my new 4/4, it was very difficult to keep straight really weird. Thought what had I bought. Took it to well known tyre fitters & got the geometry checked. Well that was the start of my Morgan knowledge curve. The car was set up by the factory toe out! But it was obvious that there is a lot more to setting up a morgan than a modern non morgan garage can do. For instance one of their readings showed the rear being toe in ??? Luckily I discovered Techniques Morgan, in Stotfold who sorted it out. When I picked it up thought they had supplied a new car, it was so nice to drive. I now know the set up takes a while. For instance if you set it up then drive it around the block then re check the alignment you will find the readings have changed. You need a good specialist morgan garage.
That is why people like Wolfe Performance offer a wheel alignment service. (As do others)
