Greetings! In 1975 or there abouts I was at the Birmingham Motor Show and saw my first Morgan Plus 8.......
Lo these many years later I just took over the care and feeding of this stunning 2019 3.7 Roadster in black over a crimson interior, complete with sport exhaust.
It is quite the vehicle! I snapped it up from the fine folks at Morgan West in Santa Monica, California. Fresh off the truck! I grew up riding British motorcycles in England and subsequently moved back to the states in the late 70s. I'm still getting used to its features and peculiarities. I have to wear a skinny size 12 shoe instead of my usual size 13 but other than the fact that the camera added 20-30 pounds to my picture, I fit pretty well. I look forward to getting to know you all.
Warmest regards,
Scott Mellor

Good to hear from another 3.7 V6 Roadster owner. Being LHD you likely don't have throttle pedal clearance issues. Around 2015 onwards MMC added a bulkhead pocket to RHD models to better accommodate larger shoe sizes on throttle pedal. The bulky MT82 makes for wide transmission tunnel which comprises foot space on either drive side. I believe on a 2019 model you benefit from a narrower transmission cover though. Enjoy your car particularly third gear drive

Hello Scott - nice car!
Of course the downside of your blue sky climate is that you will rarely have the joy of getting caught in a sudden downpour with the roof down, a car full of shopping and your wife in a thin, white dress. Still, you can't have everything, can you.
I hope you use and abuse your Morgan, it's what they were made for.
Happy hooning

It seems like most of this cohort is in Blighty. Luckily I grew up mostly there so I speak American and Hoonigan.
