Oh yes. I remember reading the trial transcript document that was posted. Very conplex case, although you could see the writing on the wall.

My reading is she bought the car with borrowed money expecting to make more, not because she fancied a Bentley.

Been following it since it started with great interest and picking at it for points VERY INTERESTING CASE.

I don't think he is whiter than white, but neither is he as black as the initial judgement suggested.

Just having a similar conversation at work regarding buying cars for profit. Cars are built ot be driven, not for profit, not to sit in cottenwool etc etc So perhaps there was justice handed out here by 'The Car's God'.
