Really when it comes to the rear shocks, imho is that they fit your car correctly. (All Morgans are different sir) they need to be “circa” 8.5 in at full compression & 12 in at full extension. You can get a good idea of what your car needs using a tape measure & some trigonometry. (Posted on TM some time ago)
Morgans have so little movement available, in that the car either rides along on the shocks internal stops or hangs on the shock at full extension. Getting ones that fit to prevent that is imho a must.
